Description:  A Thursday evening reset involves taking a break to refresh and refocus, often incorporating activities like mindful breathing, gentle movement, meditation, or a short period of quiet reflection. This can help combat afternoon fatigue and improve productivity for the rest of the day.

Thursday Evening Reset: Audio Pharmacology™ Sound Spa© may include:

  • Mindful Breathing:
    Consciously focus on your breath, noticing the subtle rise and fall of your chest and belly, and taking a few deep breaths to center yourself. 

  • Gentle Movement:
    A short walk or some light stretching can help relieve physical tension and improve circulation. 

  • Re-examine Goals:
    Take a few minutes to review your goals for the day and make any necessary adjustments.
